There are so many financial institutions which are attracting the masses for their credit cards. The young adults in particular are becoming crazy to have credit cards in their wallets. Credit cards at their on uses and abuses which must be taken into consideration while choosing.

The holders of the credit cards have more chances of landing into serious debts. The friends and relatives of the card holders always advise them to use them in a justified manner so that they do not become bankrupts after lending heavily from credit cards institutions.

The credit cards attract the individuals with lucrative incentives and rewards. The credit cards holders can purchase the goods without sufficient funds and repay the amount in installments as per their convenience.

The reward points can be accumulated and the benefits can be derived from them. The main problem of lending the amount through these cards is that they attract very high interest rates as compared to lending rates of the banks and financial institutions. The payments of high interest on credit cards can eat up the income. If the holders of these cards are not financial literates, the over purchasing decisions can put them in deep trouble. Therefore it must be ensured that unnecessary items should not be purchased through these cards.

The card holders must be aware of the benefits and losses of using credit cards so that they do not misuse these cards and get the maximum benefits through them.
