There is a wide variety of fire extinguisher training and this can be observed in any office or commercial building. Installation of fire fighting equipments is not a big deal but the thing which matters is the usage and upkeep of these equipments.

This is advised that one should not straightaway use any fire fighting equipment and should wait for the person liable for this if is not in an emergency.

Also this is good to teach the staff that how to use these equipments and also appoint a person for the upkeep and maintenance of these equipments. The person appointed must overlook some main hazards and take over the responsibilities which can help in protecting the premises from the fire. The duties and responsibilities for this appointed person should cover:

• He should make a perfect evacuation plan.
• Check the Fire Risk Assessment equipments regularly.
• Should be able to control the people at the time of evacuation.
• Should not panic at the time of emergence.
• Must be able to coordinate with the different departments so that the necessary equipments and files get protected.
• This person must contact the Fire Marshal immediately.
